Internet Anywhere Online Terms & Conditions

Subscriber hereby subscribes to Internet Anywhere Online's network services in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Internet Anywhere Online will connect subscriber to Internet Anywhere Online's network on or about the date of receipt of both the Internet Anywhere Online's registration form and payment from the customer to Internet Anywhere Online for the subscribed service. Subscriber's access to the Internet Anywhere Online network will be provided by Internet Anywhere Online consistent with the Acceptable-Use Policies attached to this agreement and incorporated herein by reference.

Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that all dialup Internet access accounts are to be used for temporary dialup connections only and are not to be used for providing data services or for dedicated connections. Any attempt to maintain a dedicated connection will result in termination of subscriber's account. Connections that are inactive for 15 minutes may be disconnected from the network.

Subscriber agrees to pay to Internet Anywhere Online any set-up fee and/or monthly fees associated with above service(s) in accordance with the attached Schedule of Fees, payable in advance, for connection and use of the network for the number of hours associated with each service. Internet Anywhere Online shall bill Subscriber on a monthly basis for any and all fees. Payment is due no later than 30 days from date of invoice. Payments not received within this 30 days may result in account deactivation.

Subscriber has read, understands, and agrees to abide by the Acceptable Use Policies of Internet Anywhere Online's Internet connectivity supplier set forth on the attachment to this agreement. If Subscriber fails to abide by the Acceptable-Use Policies, Internet Anywhere Online reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately.

The term of this agreement shall be one month, beginning on the date of activation. This agreement shall automatically renew monthly unless terminated in accordance with this paragraph. Internet Anywhere Online may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. The Subscriber may terminate this agreement effective on the last day of any calendar month with 24 hours notice of termination. Subscriber will in all events be required to pay all service charges due up to the effective date of termination. Subscriber shall be entitled to a refund of any prepaid service fees which are unused as of the effective date of termination. Provisions of this paragraph, 5, shall survive any termination. Internet Anywhere Online reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without notice.

Internet Anywhere Online will use its best efforts to provide the highest practical level and quality of service; however, customer agrees that Internet Anywhere Online makes no warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Internet Anywhere Online network, Except in the case of a breach of this agreement by Internet Anywhere Online, customer agrees that Internet Anywhere Online will not be liable for any loss of service or other outage, damage to data, software or equipment, or any other loss, damage, expense or inconvenience. Customer further agrees that under no circumstances shall Internet Anywhere Online or Subscriber be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. Subscriber acknowledges that Internet Anywhere Online is not responsible for the nature or content of data available via the Internet Anywhere Online network, and hereby waives all claims against Internet Anywhere Online whether in contract, tort, or strict liability, for damages, losses, or injuries in connection with or arising out of Subscriber's access to or use of the Internet Anywhere Online network. In addition, Subscriber understands, agrees and accepts that connection and access to the Internet Anywhere Online network is authorized for the Subscriber only.
